Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Valen Sentinel subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, your access will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
Refunds
All Valen Sentinel subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated credits, or reimbursements for unused portions of a billing period.
We recommend using our demo or reaching out to our team before subscribing to ensure Sentinel is the right fit for your workflow.
Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
- A significant technical failure on our end prevented platform access for an extended period
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation due to a billing system error
To request a review, contact us at contact@valenagency.com within 7 days of the charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
Free Trials
If a free trial period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any point during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your Sentinel account.
